1. Press the Windows Key and R key together to open “Run”
2. Type the command “cmd” and enter “ipconfig/flushdns”
3. Press the Enter Key and you will get a notification saying:
4. “Successfully resolved the DNS Resolver Cache”

3. DNS Connection Problem

If your device cannot connect to CyberGhost’s DNS servers through their native client apps, you can still setup the connection manually. The process will involve installing OpenVPN GUI and loading configuration files provided by the support team of CyberGhost.

4. Browser Proxy Settings

Sometimes, your browser cannot correctly configure the right proxy settings required to initiate the VPN connection properly, thereby resulting in a failure to connect to Netflix US. If you are facing the same problem, then you need to either set it to auto-detect your proxy or don’t detect it all.
