Surfshark VPN Review for New Zealand Based Users – Updated 2022
Established in 2018, and headquartered in the Netherlands, Surfshark is one of the best VPNs I have tested. This Surfshark review for New Zealand Users will cover the provider’s in-depth facts and figures.
The featured-pack Surfshark VPN maintains the perfect balance between value and reliability, going head-to-head against names like ExpressVPN and NordVPN.
It offers unlimited multi-logins, successfully unblocks streaming services, and bypasses the VPN ban in China, while providing access to 3200+ servers in 65+ countries worldwide.
On top of that, Surfshark features include; MultiHop, Smart DNS, Nexus (SDN tech), CleanWeb, Kill Switch, IP/DNS/WebRTC Leak Protection, GPS Spoofing, Split Tunneling, and whatnot.
Also, if we talk about the Surfshark privacy rules, then it is one of the 100% true no-logs VPNs that has been audited by an independent third-party called Cure53.
The servers offer blazing fast Surfshark speeds from which you can easily perform your streaming, gaming, crypto-trading and browsing activities with no hassles!
As we mentioned about Surfshark streaming before, any Surfshark server can unblock popular services like Netflix, Hulu, BBC iPlayer, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more in New Zealand.
Apps for all widely-used platforms are available, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, and routers. The service also offers a Smart DNS feature for devices that have no VPN support, including Xbox, PlayStation, Apple TV, Roku, etc.
For queries, the Surfshark support team is available 24/7 via the live chat option. So do not hesitate to reach them any time of the day.
Surfshark VPN pricing starts from $2.49/mo (NZ$4.02/mo). on a 2-year plan + 3 months free. I highly recommend this plan for those in search of a budget-friendly all-rounder that defies all odds to offer a premium product.
Nonetheless, very minor issues were found with the kill switch feature and the OpenVPN protocol speed. But these are only a small price to pay for the features and benefits that Surfshark offers. Overall, it is an excellent VPN service in New Zealand, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly all-rounder.
However, if you’re still not convinced and you want everything to be top-notch, then we recommend you go for ExpressVPN. The provider can be a little expensive as its 1-year plan alone has a fancy price tag of $6.67/mo (NZ$10.78/mo), but the value it offers beats all the top players in the VPN industry.
To verify the all-rounder VPN claims, I’ll review Surfshark while keeping all the specifications in mind. I’ll be researching every feature and its security, streaming, pricing, servers, compatibility, and support. Let us see if the VPN is really worth the money, after putting it through the grind!

Jurisdiction: Where is Surfshark VPN Based?
The Surfshark headquarters is in the highly safe and privacy-friendly Netherlands, which has a fair degree of freedom in matters governing its internal affairs.
Britain is a member of alliances like the 14 Eyes, forcing it to comply with other member countries in matters of data and intelligence, but these shadows of alliances do not bound BVI to do the same.
This is the primary reason why Surfshark and the infamous ExpressVPN have set up their base there. Serving a gag request or filing a data extradition request in the country is a complex process. Its just a good place to be in as a VPN service, nothing more, nothing less.
Security: Is Surfshark Safe in New Zealand?
My Surfshark review for New Zealand unveils that the provider is definitely a safe choice based on the location, audit, warrant canary, and logging policy. You can use it to stay anonymous and secure when downloading torrents, streaming pirated movies, or even when accessing banking information!
The infrastructure runs on RAM-only servers and in addition to this there is a strict no-logs policy. It offers some of the most security-focused features like a built-in kill switch, MultiHop, CleanWeb, Bypasser, and whatnot.
The Surfshark encryption method runs on the AES 256-bit system, partnering with advanced protocols like IKEv2, OpenVPN, and WireGuard to secure your online privacy.
Surfshark only requires your email address and payment information to manage your account, other than that, it doesn’t collect any data. Let’s dive deeper into the Surfshark safety measures.
Does Surfshark Keep Logs in New Zealand?
No, Surfshark does not keep connectivity/activity logs like incoming/outgoing IPs, VPN servers, used bandwidth, session info, network traffic, connection timestamps, and browsing/downloading/purchasing history.
It is important to mention that based on my Surfshark review, the VPN does log your personal email address and credit card details, though. Every provider requires these two details to create and manage your account while also catering to your complaints.
Of course, there are providers like MullvadVPN that do not even keep details of your email or credit cards. They generate specific account numbers to create user accounts and run them.
Undergone a Security Audit By Cure53
Cure53, a renowned web security service firm, and the first choice for comprehensive VPN audits, conducted a full-blown security review of Surfshark VPN’s Chrome and Firefox browser extensions.
Surfshark VPN aced the limited assessment, conducted in November 2018, with nothing being found except for two minor vulnerabilities that were marked as “low severity”.
The second test was performed by the same company in 2021, this time focusing more on general security and the server infrastructure.
Protocols and Encryption Information
There is no support available for protocols like L2TP/IPSec or PPTP. Surfshark uses the industry-standard OpenVPN (TCP and UDP) protocol on all devices and platforms.
This includes their iOS app, which previously only used the IKEv2 protocol. As a result, you can feel assured to leverage stronger security on your iPhone and iPad devices.
As of 2022, Surfshark VPN is also among the few providers offering the new Shadowsocks protocol, which helps bypass geo-restrictions in countries like China!
Regarding encryption, the provider supports two ciphers: AES-256-CBC and AES-256-GCM. You can change them in all apps according to your security preferences.
Let’s discuss in detail about the 3 protocols that Surfshark offers.
This protocol is known for its stability, speed, and mobile-friendliness. In addition to this, it also reconnects quickly if the connection is lost, which is really important for those who live in areas with a lot of network instability.
It is the ideal protocol if you switch a lot between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
Surfshark’s IKEv2 protocol is available on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Fire TV.
It is known for its high security and is thus perfect for those who want to ensure their online privacy at all costs.
There are two versions of OpenVPN, namely TCP and UDP.
UDP is used when speed concerns carrying out activities like streaming, gaming, or video call, while TCP is used when a stable connection is your priority.
OpenVPN (TCP/UDP) is available on Surfshark on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, and Fire TV.
This is the newest protocol in the VPN industry and is known for its speed, security, and efficiency.
It uses cutting-edge cryptography standards and has a much smaller codebase as compared to other protocols like OpenVPN and IPSec.
The good news is that Surfshark offers WireGuard on all its apps except for Linux.
Surfshark is one of the few providers in the industry that offers RAM-only servers.
These servers do not store any data on a hard drive as the data wipes out as soon as you disconnect from the VPN. This means that even if someone hacks into the server, they will not be able to extract any data.
A kill-switch is a feature that immediately cuts off your internet connection if the VPN connection drops.
This prevents your real IP address and location from being exposed, as it would happen if you were not using a VPN.
Surfshark offers a kill switch on Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
Surfshark Nexus is a new feature that the provider has introduced. Nexus is based on the SDN (Software-Defined Networking) technology, improving security and user experience. Instead of connecting to a single location, the update connects you to the VPN’s entire network of servers.
Security Features Offered by Surfshark in New Zealand
Surfshark went on to add two new services to its VPN product offering; HackLock and BlindSearch. The former is a data leak alert system that may evolve into a full-fledged identity theft protection tool.
On the other hand, the BlindSearch is a new ad-free private search tool that aims to display pure organic results without the interference of any historic memory. This is a great tool for marketers as well.
As a benefit to free VPN users, Surfshark has even introduced the TrustDNS app to provide basic security for everyone. The provider has also added a reverse split-tunneling feature for selecting which apps or websites use the VPN.
Surfshark and the VPN Trust Initiative (VTI)
To play its role in building understanding, strengthening trust, and mitigating risks for users, my Surfshark review discovers that the VPN has joined hands as a founding member of the VPN Trust Initiative (VTI).
This initiative from i2Coalition seeks to build a community of cooperation in the privacy industry to provide insights regarding the best practices and technical standards of VPNs.
It will serve as a voice of the VPN industry collectively, helping consumers be more informed about their VPN choices while gaining more knowledge about appropriate guidelines.
Warrant Canary is Clear of Threats (Date: August 14, 2022)
Surfshark’s Warrant Canary is as clean as a whistle, which is updated on a daily basis for the ease-of-mind of prospects and customers. As of August 14th, they have the following count on each such request:
- National Security Letters: 0
- Gag Orders: 0
- Warrants from a government organization: 0
This is incredibly impressive, further strengthening the credibility of Surfshark VPN. It is also vital to highlight that not many VPNs issue these Warrant canaries. Most receive such orders and most comply with them.
More features for security and privacy in New Zealand
Surfshark just introduced a new feature that tells users about their visits to previous sites. This innovative function will analyze all of the sites and inform the user if they have Surfshark (and have the Surfshark browser extension installed).
A red sliver will appear at the top of the screen if they’re visiting a site with a record of data breaches. It’s essential to know which websites you can trust with your information.
Leaks: Does Surfshark Leak Your IP, DNS & WebRTC in New Zealand?
Based on my Surfshark review for New Zealand Users, the provider does not leak any personally identifiable information. Your IP, DNS, and WebRTC remain leak-free at all times, regardless of which server you connect to.
How did I reach this conclusion? I performed VPN leak tests on Surfshark VPN for New Zealand Users. The process took me good hours, where I checked 10 different servers of Surfshark (including New Zealand, US, UK, Belgium) from six different VPN testing tools on the internet:
WebRTC and HTTP Request Leaks:
- https://browserleaks.com/webrtc (Clear)
- https://www.doileak.com/ (Clear)
IPv4/IPv6 and Torrent IP Leaks:
- https://ipleak.net/ (Clear)
- https://ipx.ac/run/ (Clear)
Leak Test Results
After checking 10 different Surfshark servers including the regions (New Zealand, US, UK, and Belgium), we detected no IP, WebRTC, or DNS leaks.
Surfshark came out unscathed from all these six leak tests to establish its credibility, as a highly suitable service for protection against prying eyes and copyright infringement hunters while torrenting.
Servers: Does Surfshark Have a Good Network Infrastructure in New Zealand?
Yes, in fact, Surfshark’s server network has grown tremendously over the years. From 800 servers in 50+ countries, it now hosts 3200+ servers in 65+ countries globally, which is quite an achievement for a newcomer.
The server infrastructure was previously skewed more towards North America and Europe. However, it has added newer servers in places like Turkey, India, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand, Israel, South Africa, Chile, Costa Rica, and Canada among others.
Looking at this Surfshark VPN review of servers, it is clear the VPN is looking to expand, and rightly so. One of the most critical things that can make or break any VPN’s credibility in the market is the availability of its servers.
These are our findings on Surfshark’s server network and locations:
- Surfshark has an expansive network of 3200+ servers in 65+ countries.
- Dedicated IPs are not available at the moment but the provider offers Static IPs.
Number of servers and locations
Surfshark has 3200+ servers in 65+ countries. For more insight, here is the Surfshark server list.

Does Surfshark Work in China?
Fortunately, Surfshark works smoothly in China. Similar to NordVPN and ExpressVPN, the newcomer also offers a dedicated Chinese website to help residents in the country gain access to their product.
For expats, Surfshark VPN offers the NoBordersTM mode, which bypasses “The Great Firewall” using obfuscation technology. Follow the steps below to activate the mode and become a Chinese local again:
- Download the Surfshark VPN Windows Application
- Subscribe to a plan and enter your login details in the app
- Click on the “Gear” icon on the top right corner
- Navigate to the “Advanced” settings menu
- Activate the “NoBordersTM Mode”
- Connect to any available Surfshark China servers!
Surfshark Uses both: Bare-Metal and Virtual Locations
I approached Surfshark’s live chat support to learn more about virtual/physical server offerings, but the representative completely denied having any fictitious locations.
Testing on their in-mum.prod.surfshark.com server revealed that it is actually located in Netherlands, Amsterdam. Another one is Surfshark’s Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City server, which routes from Belgium through a datacenter located in Netherlands.
When I approached the provider again with these findings, they said that they offer both: virtual and physical. The chat support exec also mentioned that they are planning to inculcate a new feature within their apps.
One that will tell users as to which server is a virtual one and which one is an actual bare-metal one, similar to how other providers do it. Most providers have a (V) sign on their server list, signaling a virtual server.
As of October 2022, Surfshark VPN had adopted the practice and now clearly marks all virtual locations in their apps, be it on iOS, Android, Mac, or Windows.
What is the best country to use on Surfshark?
The best VPN country depends on why you’re using a VPN in the first place. However, here are some of the countries that offer strong internet privacy laws, good speeds, and freedom of speech protection.
- Iceland – Promotes digital freedom.
- Estonia – Very few limitations on internet access.
- Canada – Robust freedom of speech and press.
- Germany – Constitutional laws to prevent the spread of hate speech and misinformation.
- United Kingdom – Very few limitations on internet freedom.
- Malaysia – Strict data privacy laws.
- Switzerland – Not in the European Union and free to set its own internet freedom agenda.
- USA – Best country for depth and content options (websites, streaming, etc.).
Streaming: Does Surfshark Work with Netflix and Other VoDs in New Zealand?
Gladly, Surfshark VPN does work with Netflix, thanks to its strong security/privacy that offers protection against Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and other VPN blocking algorithms.
To unblock the American Netflix service, I switched the protocol from the outdated IKEv2 to the OpenVPN (TCP) protocol. After which, I tested all available New Zealand/US/UK/JP/DE servers in the “physical locations” tab:
1 Working Server for Netflix New Zealand
- Auckland (Ultra HD)
16 Working Servers for Netflix US
- Los Angeles (Ultra HD)
- Boston (Ultra HD)
- Miami (Ultra HD)
- Tampa (Ultra HD)
- Salt Lake City (HD)
- Detroit (Ultra HD)
- Charlotte (Ultra HD)
- San Jose (HD)
- Ashburn (Ultra HD)
- Houston (Ultra HD)
- Las Vegas (Ultra HD)
- New Jersey (HD)
- New York (Ultra HD)
- Phoenix (HD)
- Seattle (HD)
- Latham (HD)
4 Working Servers for Netflix UK
- London (Ultra HD)
- Manchester (Ultra HD)
- Glasgow (HD)
- Edinburgh (HD)
1 Working Server for Netflix JP
- Tokyo (Ultra HD)
2 Working Servers for Netflix DE
- Berlin (Ultra HD)
- Frankfurt am Main
If you are figuring out how to watch Netflix US using Surfshark (or any other version New Zealand,UK, JP, DE), simply connect to the above working servers for each location and enjoy streaming your favorite movies/TV shows!
Apart from the New Zealand, US, UK, JP, and DE, Surfshark provides access to 20 other Netflix libraries (30 in total). This is quite incredible for a newcomer, considering it’s tough to even unblock one library in recent times.
The best part of all: you only have to pay a low $2.49/mo (NZ$4.02/mo) on a 2-year plan and have access to over 3200+ servers in 63+ countries, which can unblock VoDs excluding Netflix, such as:
Unblocked Netflix with Surfshark (US/UK/JP/DE and other local libraries)
Connecting to the Surfshark Netflix server of the US allowed me to unblock and watch “The Walking Dead” with a buffer-free experience
Unblocked Disney+ with Surfshark in New Zealand
I used the New York server of Surfshark to watch “Lightyear” on Disney+ with no buffering screens
Unblocked Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Kodi, and more with Surfshark in New Zealand
The Surfshark Hulu server Unblocked “Family Guy” using the New York server
Easily unblocked Amazon Prime Video to watch “The Boys” using the New York server of Surfshark VPN
“Sintel” on Kodi using the New York server of Surfshark
I used the London server of Surfshark to unblock and watch “Superman & Lois” on BBC iPlayer
Unblocked Apple TV with Surfshark in New Zealand
Surfshark was not expected to perform well here because the Apple TV is so difficult to unblock. But we were proved incorrect.
Surfshark can access a variety of major Apple TV libraries. The overall experience was quite pleasant. While we had to try several servers before finding one that worked, once we did, everything went swimmingly.
Surfshark is an excellent choice if you’re searching for a VPN to use with the Apple TV streaming service.
Why is Surfshark not working on Mac in New Zealand?
If Surfshark isn’t working, there may be an issue with the app. To obtain the most recent version of the app, remove and reinstall it. You may also try restarting your network and shutting down your device to solve the problem.
Why is YouTube not working with Surfshark in New Zealand?
If the IP address assigned to you by Surfshark has already been identified and blocked by YouTube TV, then the streaming service will not work.
A different server would give you a new IP address, and if the streaming service hasn’t blocked that one, then YouTube TV will work with Surfshark again.
Why is Surfshark not working on Amazon Prime in New Zealand?
The most common reason for Surfshark not working with Amazon Prime Video is that Amazon has blocked the IP address assigned to you by Surfshark.
However, if you connect to a different VPN server, this problem might be resolved. Connecting to a different server will change your IP address, and if Amazon Prime hasn’t blocked that as well, the streaming service should work now.
Why is Surfshark not working on Firestick in New Zealand?
If Surfshark is not working on your Firestick in New Zealand, it’s because the streaming service you’re attempting to view has blocked the IP address Surfshark has assigned to you.
Streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu aim to block VPNs from connecting to their services. All you have to do now is connect to a different server, which should solve your problem.
Is Surfshark a good VPN for Netflix in New Zealand?
Surfshark is an extremely good VPN for Netflix in New Zealand. It can unblock Netflix libraries in 15 different countries, including the US, Canada, and the UK. The streaming experience is also quite good – we didn’t encounter any buffering issues while testing Surfshark with Netflix.
Can you use Surfshark on a smart TV in New Zealand?
Yes! Surfshark doesn’t limit the number of devices you can use with one account. So, you can set it up on your smart TV as well as any other device, including your phone, tablet, and computer.
Surfshark Speeds: How Fast is Surfshark in New Zealand?
Speed testing Surfshark revealed that the provider manages to deliver 78.15Mbps in download and 60.18Mbps in uploads, when i first I connected on 5 different servers selected randomly in the New Zealand, US, UK, Australia, Germany, and France:
After they recently upgraded their network to over 3200+ servers in 65+ countries, I decided to conduct another test. This time, Surfshark offered better performance, delivering an average of 91.19 Mbps in downloads and 88.65 Mbps in uploads.
Does Surfshark slow down the internet in New Zealand?
Surfshark users don’t have any bandwidth, speed, or data limitations. Nonetheless, keep in mind that when you use a VPN, your speeds and response time may be slower than if you didn’t use one. The speed may drop by 20-30%.
Is Surfshark Compatible with My Device in New Zealand?
Previously, the provider did not offer much in the way of apps. Just a few browser extensions, a basic Android app, and that was it. Now they have undergone a serious transformation, adding a legion of new and improved apps for;
For 2022, Surfshark has even upgraded the design and user interface of all apps, including the browser extensions. This further helps them in gaining more traction in their marketplace, as the new UI is quite impressive.
Surfshark is compatible with Windows. The app can be downloaded from the official website. The interface is user-friendly, and the app is easy to set up and use.
The main screen consists of 5 main tabs, including VPN, Alert, Antivirus, Search, and Settings.
Although there’s no map interface, the server locations are represented with the country names in the form of a list with the respective flags.
Two options are available to connect to the “Fastest” or the “Nearest” locations.
The Virtual Servers are marked with a “V” on each server. And if you have a favourite server, you can star it and it will be available in the “Favorites” sections.
The Surfshark macOS has two VPN versions. One is the VPN downloaded from Surfshark’s official website, and the other is from Apple’s App Store.
The interface is less extensive than the Windows app, and it lacks certain features, that too depending on which version you’ve downloaded.
Surprisingly, the website version has fewer features than the App Store version.
If you’ve downloaded the website version, then you’ll only find IKEv2 and WireGuard in the protocols.
However, the Apple App Store version offers both plus OpenVPN (UDP/TCP).
Nonetheless, the macOS version lacks plenty of features like,
- Whitelister – Split tunneling tool that allows you to turn off the VPN for some apps.
- NoBorders – a feature that allows you to use the app conveniently in highly restrictive regions like China.
No doubt the macOS version is a little short on features, but it is still a solid VPN choice to hide your online identity and bypass geo-restrictions with your Mac system.
Surfshark is one of the few VPNs that offers a GUI interface to Linux users.
You can view the recently used servers, mark your favorite server, and access the MultiHop feature with ease.
While the GUI interface is only available for a few distros, Surfshark has promised to release it for more in coming times.
The Android app is available on the Google Play Store and is convenient to use.
It inherits all the specifications from the Windows version. The app doesn’t lack in any features and there’s even an additional feature called GPS Spoofing.
The iOS app of Surfshark is similar to the Android version. However, some features which are available on Android are lacking on iOS, like the Whitelister and GPS Spoofing.
Nonetheless, the VPN offers other features that are rarely available in the mobile versions, for example, the kill switch and the WireGuard protocol.
Surfshark’s iOS app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.
The Surfshark extension for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are available in their respective web stores.
Browser extensions provided by most providers can only perform the basic tasks, but that’s not the case with Surfshark. The provider’s extensions bear all the functionalities that the desktop app has.
You can connect to any server of your choice, activate the Whitelister feature, use the MultiHop feature and there’s even a kill switch.

Pricing: How Much Does Surfshark Cost in New Zealand?
The pricing plans at Surfshark are divided into three silos: monthly (starting at $12.95) (NZ$20.93), 1 year ($3.99/mo.) (NZ$6.45/mo), and 2-years (as low as $2.49/mo.) (NZ$4.02/mo) Longer durations give you the ability to leverage better discounts.
For instance, if you opt for the yearly, you will only have to pay $3.99 (NZ$6.45)/month, billed as $59.76 (NZ$96.58) once. This is quite reasonable than paying $12.95 (NZ$20.93) every month, which adds up to over $155 (NZ$250.51)!
Their 2-year plan is where the provider offers its cheapest subscription rates. It costs only $2.49/mo (NZ$4.02/mo). ($59.76 (NZ$96.58) billed for the first time), which is significantly lower than the damage of the monthly or yearly subscription.
Surfshark VPN’s cost strategy makes one thing pretty clear, i.e. they want you to buy their two-year subscription. Still, it is quite cheaper than most comparable providers, providing users greater value for their money.
Do they offer a free trial? Yes, Surfshark offers a 7-day free trial on Android, iOS, and macOS devices so you can test the apps before making a purchase.
On the contrary, you do have a 30-day-money-back guarantee on all premium plans, from the day your subscription commences. Surfshark also accepts all major payment methods.
These include PayPal, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Card, and Amazon Pay. You can also pay through different types of cryptocurrencies to remain anonymous without divulging any significant financial details.
How do I get money back with Surfshark in New Zealand?
Want a refund? You can get your money back within 30 days of purchasing a Surfshark subscription on all plans. All you have to do is visit the official website and start a live chat session with customer support.
You can ask them to cancel your subscription plan and generate a refund request. It takes approximately 4 to 5 day for the money to reflect in your account.
How do I cancel my 7-day Surfshark free trial in New Zealand?
Surfshark offers a 7-day free trial on Android, iOS, and macOS devices. Once started, it cannot be canceled.
The 7-day free trial of Surfshark doesn’t require your credit card details.
Trustworthiness: Trustpilot Ratings, Reddit, and Customer Support in New Zealand
To give you a better idea about Surfshark VPN, I have provided details about the provider from the perspective of “users” on Trustpilot and Reddit. These should help with the decision-making process:
Surfshark Review Trustpilot
Surfshark has received an average rating of 4.4/5 on Trustpilot from a total of 15,137 reviews. Needless to say, this is quite a remarkable score and indicates that users are satisfied with the provider.
Over 69% of users have given Surfshark an “excellent” rating, which says a lot considering the provider’s reliability. Most complaints about the service revolve around their refund policy and the waiting period for getting one.
Surfshark Review Reddit
I was confident about Surfshark having a good reputation among Redditors, and I was proven right by the countless positive reviews on Reddit. Most netizens have had a “great” experience with the provider.
Users appreciate the budget-friendly costs, the user-friendly design, good performance, and unlimited devices. Some Redditors reported issues with Netflix, but the review below clarified that contacting the support team helped.
Surfshark Customer Service
Surfshark is perhaps the only provider in the marketplace that offers over 10 different methods of receiving support. Of course, their 24/7 live chat support is the most reliable and incredibly proactive.
If you have a more detailed problem that requires attention, users have the option of submitting a request and selecting the relevant department to forward the complaint to. Moreover, if you do not want to continue with the subscription service, their support team will guide you on how you can cancel Surfshark subscription.
Other mediums for support include separate pages for FAQs, applications assistance, billing & account, Smart TVs and consoles, features, routers, manual connection, and DNS setups.
